this month will be a whirlwind for me cause i'm flying off to Nepal just a week after i get back :S gotta pray for journey's mercy and lotsa, lotsa strength and good health!

CHC @ Suntec City

many times during arise and build and when the church was being blasted by the media for improper use of funds, i did have my doubts and found myself questioning the direction/intention of the church...

but when i stood in Suntec City, i realised that we've really come a long way...

for me, that's 7 years ago when i first joined them at the JW venue.

you know, above everything else, i believe that it's been my home for so long, where i found God, where i found sincere people who eventually became my good friends.

it's like a marriage...

i ask myself, what would i be w/o this church?

i realised i can't see myself not attending church, not praising and worshipping God every sunday mornings, not attending cell group. it's become part of me. and i'd be a lost sheep without this home of God.

and so... even though some times i admit i do still question the values of the church, i choose to continue loving it because it's my second home and because i truly believe that there has to be a great love for God to have built this house from just a handful of ppl to where it is now.
