I had the most awesome time with my favourite clique of all time, toilet gang!! Jess, Jieshan and elaine accompanied me to club street and botanic gardens to take zilian shots and artisitic shots. we chanced upon this unique bookstore called BOOKSACTUALLY along the quaint streets of club street.
They sold lotsa independent books and photography books as well as old typewriters and other unique stuff like photos turned into postcards, pencils with names of poets engraved in them and holga cams, etc. i really like the store but it's more for viewing pleasure. the stuff are slightly too overpriced for my liking.
There was an Agnes. B shop along club street as well and at the entrance of their store was a very quirky huge toilet roll.
Loook at the HUUUGGGEEE Toilet Roll!!!
we then decided to head down to botanic gardens to take more photos!
Haha, Elaine looks so darn cute over here!!!
My Bestie!!! pretty and cool right? she looks like some arty photographer with her newspaperboy cap!
after botanic gardens, we headed down to Old School at Mt Sophia, which is this really hip Arts Place that was once the Methodist Girl's School!! Shall post pictures soon! The restaurant we visited was super up-class and had an excellent scenery. the atmosphere was perrfeect too! wait till you see the photos!
THANKS JESS, JIE SHAN, ELAINE & MICH for the wonderful, wonderful birthday celebration!!! I really enjoyed it, it's not the ordinary kinda 21st bdae party most people would have but i'm also not the kinda person who likes to play host to tons and tons of ppl. I like that i was able to hang out with people that i love very much and to do things that i like, which is photography and to visit unknown places around Singapore! I took soooo many photos that i'm quite sure this birthday would be remembered for years and years to come!
