you know, it's times like this that really counts at work cause too often we feel unappreciated and question the purpose in our mundane jobs.

small gestures such as this reminds me that in the midst of chasing for deadlines, handling frustrating administrative work, clients do appreciate our efforts in going an extra mile for them, ensuring that everything goes smoothly.  

and this time round, i really have to thank my buddy for helping me out a great deal on this job, covering me when i was away on holiday with no other means of contact. thank you so, so much!
